blair & elena,
i'm thinking since these two pretty much grew up together that they'd be friends. blair and elena would probably be in the same group of friends, so they'd definitely know each other.
anna & elena,
anna would probably be indifferent about elena since she's actually after jeremy for the blood to bring her mother back. elena would probably be wary of anna since she'll be spending a lot of time with her brother.

Elena and Bonnie:
Thus far Bffs since she doesn't know what Stefan is nor does she have a handle on what she is yet. Elena is at this point, her closest friend and confidant as she has been since they were kid and seeing Elena with Stefan does make her happy because it is the most stepping out of her solitude that Elena has done since her parents' accident. All Bonnie wants is for Elena to be happy, and she is always there if Elena needs an ear to listen.[sound good?]
